Can I return an item?

 

You may exchange products within 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) and upon pre-approval of DBeautyshop by contact our customer representatives by email at sales@dbeautyshop.com .

 


How do I return or exchange an item?

 

To return or exchange an item by post:
1. Contact our customer representatives by email at sales@dbeautyshop.com about the items you want to return or exchange
2. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet
3. Post the item by recorded delivery* to the following address:

*For your protection, Dbeautyshop recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. All merchandises including price tag and packaging should be in its original good conditions. All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

 

If you are exchanging an item then please email sales@dbeautyshop.com and we will be happy to take your replacement order. The value of the replacement merchandise should be equal to the price of the original merchandise. If the value of the replacement merchandise is higher than the original price, the customer is required to pay the difference.

 


What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

 

In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, should this happen please contact our customer representatives by email at sales@dbeautyshop.com and return the wrong item(s) including the merchandise, the price tag and the packaging by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product and issue you with the postage refund.

 


What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?

 

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products, you may return the defective item(s) including the merchandise, the price tag and the packaging by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns of certain products, including:
• Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt
• Any product that has been opened
• All discount, clearance or sales product
• Any free gift


A refund or exchange will be permitted if a circle lens is faulty. All items should be unused. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items. All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability. DBeautyshop reserves final right to exercise this event in case of disputes.
